Deeply rooted in Rochester, New York, Keegan and Jeremy are passionate about investing in their local community. As proud owners and operators of 19 properties across New York State, their diverse and growing portfolio spans residential, commercial, mixed-use, and industrial spaces.
Jeremy, a Mendon native, holds a degree in Business Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology and brings a strategic edge to the business. Keegan, who grew up in Irondequoit, is an enthusiastic paddleball player and the heartbeat of their community-focused approach.
When they’re not working to serve their residents, you’ll find them making memories with their two daughters, enjoying lake days, paddleball matches, or cozy evenings around the fire with close friends.
